Sharm El Sheikh Museum Hosts Exhibition on Sustainability for COP27

With the COP27 UN Climate Change Conference well underway, the Sharm El Sheikh Museum is hosting an archaeological exhibition that will take visitors through ancient Egypt’s history of sustainability.

Starting November 8th, the exhibition - titled ‘Egypt and its Environmental Legacy’ - will showcase ancient Egyptians’ contribution to sustainability and how they worked to preserve their natural resources, particularly where it concerns their lifeline, the Nile river.

The exhibition will run until December 8th, encouraging community engagement amongst the 15,000 attendees who have flown into Sharm El Sheikh to participate in COP27.
