‘Bil Bijama’ is the New Longform Podcast that Breaks Down the Wall Between Celebrity and Audience

‘Bil Bijama’ is the audio and visual podcast brought into creation by production house GME that will bring you into your favourite celebrities' bedrooms (not like that, you perverts). Hosted by Sherif Noureldin, the new production is a longform podcast that has already brought on the likes of Sharmoofers, Lara Scandar and Aly Mazhar in its first three episodes. The new production discusses everything from family relationships to keeping fit in quarantine— all while they’re chilling comfortably in their ‘bijama.’

“Sherif is very accommodating and makes the guests feel at home," Khaled Adeeb, co-founder and CEO of Grey Matter Entertainment, told CairoScene. "Some of the guests are his friends, so it’s essentially inviting his friends and poking and prodding at their lives in a way where they’re comfortable opening up. I want to blur this line between human and celebrity and unburden these people from the pressures of the spotlight.”

“Every episode will have an ethos behind it,” Adeeb continued. “Whether in the subject choice or in the guest we’ve asked to come on— there’s always something to take away.”

‘Bil Bijama” will be available to view on YouTube, and can be listened to on Anghami and the Apple podcast app.
