United Media Services to Launch Egyptian News Channel in 2022

United Media Services (UMS), an Egyptian state-owned company, has announced its plan to launch an Egyptian regional news channel, using state-of-the-art technology.
Set to debut in the first quarter of 2022, the channel aims to bring Egypt’s regional and local vision to the forefront, mainly targeting Arabic speakers within the scope of Nilesat coverage, as well as Arabic speakers in Europe, America, Canada and Australia via IPTV services.
UMS will also collaborate with regional production giants such as Al Adl Group, Elgabry Studio, Art Maker, Roznama, Magnum and Media Hub to create more local drama series.
