World’s First Healthy Living Island Launched In UAE

Launched by Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer IMKAN in partnership with the premier health resort SHA Wellness Clinic, SHA Residences Emirates is poised to redefine residential living by integrating a range of beachfront residences with the award-winning clinic.

Nestled along the picturesque ‘Riviera’ of the Emirates in AlJarf, the world’s pioneering healthy living sanctuary halfway between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the newly launched SHA Residences Emirates is set to become the world’s premier wellness destination.

With a collection of pavilions dedicated to well-being and all-inclusive access to the SHA method’s health programmes, this new wellness residence will provide occupants with a wealth of world-class services at their fingertips – including access to renowned doctors, therapists, personal trainers, meditation instructors and healthy-cooking chefs.

At SHA Residences Emirates, residents will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of villas, each meticulously designed to offer maximum comfort and space while harmonising with the island’s natural surroundings. The villa design embodies a modern aesthetic with bright and open interiors, along with access to private gardens and pools. Additionally, a selection of apartments will be available, following the same design philosophy and interior elements as the villas.

Embracing a commitment to sustainability, the island’s architecture prioritises the use of natural materials and organic design techniques. From locally sourced stone to sustainably harvested wood, each villa blends eco-conscious elements with innovative features such as energy efficient appliances, intelligent monitoring systems, and solar-powered amenities.
