Amr Diab’s Daughter Jana Signs Deal With Interscope Records

Egyptian pop star Amr Diab’s daughter, Jana Diab, has inked a record deal with powerhouse American label, Interscope Records. The up-and-coming singer took to Instagram to share the news in a quintessential Gen-Z manner, posting a video of herself on a Facetime call with her mother.

She will be under the management of renowned record producer Adam Midgely, known for his work with artists like 6lack and Dua Lipa. Jana stepped into the spotlight as a solo artist back in 2017 with her soulful ballad 'Mouth Taped Shut,' a song she both penned and performed. This poignant track also found its way into the 2018 American neo-noir drama film ‘Bayou Caviar’. She also joined forces with her father for the hit song 'Gamila' in 2020.
