You Can Now Fly Directly From Luxor to Madrid with EgyptAir

For the first time, you’ll be able to fly directly from the Spanish capital of Madrid to the ancient city of Luxor. EgyptAir’s new flight route will operate twice a week until October.

As the global aviation industry works through recovery following operational disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Egypt’s tourism industry is pursuing a rebound for its key sector.

Its airports are doing their part, with a total of 11 Egyptian airports having obtained a health accreditation certificate by the Airports Council International (ACI), deeming them safe for travel given their COVID-19 precautionary measures.
