Three New Hotels are Coming to Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh

Accor, a leader in global hospitality, has announced the development of three new hotels within a state-of-the-art community in Riyadh, in cooperation with Saudi-based Erth Real Estate Company.


The jewel in this diverse development will be a 230-key Raffles hotel offering discerning travelers comfort and luxurious indulgence, a 250-key Sofitel Residence providing both a sanctuary and gateway to the city for long stay guests, and a 60 villa MGallery resort where visitors can rejuvenate and revive. The expansive development will comprise office towers, residences and retail, creating a central hub in the heart of the city.


The Raffles Riyadh and Sofitel Residences within the prestigious Al Yasmin District will rise as 34 and 42-story glass towers, respectively, creating a distinguished addition to the city skyline. Situated just an 18 minute drive from King Khalid International Airport, the towers will offer panoramic views of iconic landmarks including KAFD, New Murabba, Tamkeen Tower, and more. An abundance of outdoor spaces will surround both establishments.


The MGallery Resort, nestled in the scenic Al Waseel district populated by luxury resorts, will be a picturesque oasis set alongside a wadi and date farms. Comprising 60 tranquil low-rise villas , the resort will provide the perfect escape for families and guests seeking immersion into the vibrant rhythms of life in the surrounding neighborhood just a 20 minute drive from Riyadh's city center.


The new luxury hotels will be crafted by world renowned designers with a focus on sustainability, will be in-line with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, and are all set to open in 2027.
