Stamps Puts Egypt's Hottest Spots All Over Your Passport

Move over, millennials. Gen Z is taking over the travel world. Travel agency Stamps was founded in 2019 as an exciting alternative to classic tourism in Egypt by then-19 year old college students Passant Faheem, Ahmed Khaled and Mohamed el Ghobary, who travelled and worked together in a small agency since they were 15 years old. Finding inspiration in the majestic mountains of Sinai and the graceful oases of Siwa, Stamps is all about finding adventure off the beaten path of Egypt’s vast terrains with fun, nomadic-style group trips.

“Most of our programmes are more of an experience,” Faheem tells #CairoScene. "We do things like camping in the desert, going to a local home and sitting with them, instead of having your dinner in the hotel. We just love to give an authentic experience of the culture. To me, that’s what travelling truly is.”

Stamps prides itself on delivering on the human element of what they do, from their amazing community-building skills to ensuring their trip leaders cultivate a warm and friendly environment where you feel comfortable just being yourself.

The tight-knit Stamps community is full of transformational stories from people who were stuck in the Cairo bubble, joined a trip and went home with a new-found love for Egypt and all its magical hidden gems.

Best part? You get a really cute Stamps passport to stamp all the locations you’ve visited with them. Siwa? Check. Sinai? Check. Marsa Alam? Check check check.
