Sharm El Sheikh Is Set To Have the World's Largest Four Seasons Resort

You may soon be inclined to forget about Sahel for the summer because Sharm El Sheikh is about to become home to the world’s largest Four Seasons resort. Egypt’s Hisham Talaat Mostafa has teamed up with Saudi Arabia’s Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal for the mega-expansion project of the current Four Seasons in Sharm El Sheikh, which is set to cost EGP 7 billion.

The hotel, which was opened in 2002, will see an addition of 800 rooms, making it the largest Four Seasons Resort in the world, with a total of 1,400 rooms. The project is set to be completed next year, and is expected to help boost tourism to the area.
