Qatar Airways Opens New Route to Sharm El Sheikh

Qatar Airways will be increasing its flight routes to Egypt. It will add a new route to Sharm El Sheikh, resume flights to Luxor, and increase its Doha-Cairo route to three trips a day.

The new Sharm El Sheikh route will take off as of December 3rd, operating every Tuesday and Friday. The route will use an A320 plane, including 12 first class and 132 economy seats.

The route to Luxor will resume its course as of November 23rd, and will operate for four days a week.

Finally, the Doha-Cairo route tripled in number at the start of October, bringing the total number of incoming flights from the Qatari capital to 34 a week.
