Incoming Travellers No Longer Need to Fill COVID-19 Declaration Forms

The Ministry of Health and Population announced that travellers from abroad will no longer need to fill out COVID-19 related declaration forms upon their arrival in Egypt.

Instead, incoming travellers can now visit the government's 'Visit Egypt' website, where they can register their COVID-19 vaccination certificates two days ahead of their trip. Goodbye tedious paper forms, hello sweet, sweet digitization. Travellers who meet the COVID-19 related requirements will be assigned a QR code from the Egyptian Health Quarantine Department.

In keeping with the roll-back in COVID-19 regulations, aircrafts will no longer require pandemic-era deep clean treatments. Plane cleaning routines will return to normal, except in cases where a COVID case has been detected on the plane.
