El-Alamein City won an award for being the best tourist city for Arab and Egyptian visitors at the Arabian Travel Market.

Often described as the ‘Oscars of Arab Tourism’, the award is one of the most prestigious prizes in the tourism industry. The Arabian Travel Market - taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre - is the leading global event for inbound and outbound tourism in the MENA region. Its main goal is to build connections within the tourism sector, and help reignite the industry.

This victory is hoped to bring a great deal of attention to El-Alamein City. The city will use the opportunity to develop its amenities and further develop its events during the summer.
