Egypt's Destinations Most Popular on TripAdvisor
Cairo, Sharm El-Sheikh and Hurghada have made it on TripAdvisor’s list of the top 10 most popular Middle East destinations, based on tourists’ reviews.
With the gorgeous, glistening waters of the Red Sea, the overwhelmingly colourful coral reefs and some of the world’s best spots for diving and snorkelling, we're not at all surprised (although we're definitely pleased) that the biggest travel platform in the world, TripAdvisor, has named Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh the 2nd and 4th most popular tourist destinations in the Middle East for the year 2020, respectively. According to TripAdvisor's Traveler's Choice rankings, destinations that have made it to the list are the ones most-raved about by travellers on their website throughout the year.
Cairo made it to number 6 on the list, while Dubai sits at the top as the Middle East's most popular destination.
