Egyptian Label Farah Seif Releases Monochromatic SS'23 Collection

Revamping the modern Arab woman's business wardrobe with consistently bold and audacious pieces, Alexandria-based label Farah Seif unveils its latest triumph, the commanding SS23 collection named 'Koa'.

Established in the summer of 2019 by the talented Farah Seif, whose upbringing in a family of architects instilled a deep appreciation for structure, shapes, and patterns, the eponymous label represents the culmination of her journey. Educated at the Paris American Academy, where she earned her degree in Fashion Design, Seif embarked on a mission to challenge traditional gender roles through her designs. With every stitch and seam, she weaves confidence and style into each garment, empowering women to unleash their full potential.

Blending elements of timeless elegance and contemporary fashion, the ‘Koa’ collection pays homage to the power suits of the 80s while infusing them with a modern twist.

Drawing inspiration from the glistening azure hues of Alexandria's Mediterranean, the collection showcases an array of sleek and alluring designs. From the Liv set, with its iridescent glimmer and impeccable craftsmanship that embodies the coastal charm to the striped allure of the Allie ensemble, which exudes confidence and sophistication - the ‘Koa’ collection is an ode to the power of this ancient coastal city.

Each ensemble features straight-cut pants with a graceful flow, adorned with twin side pockets. The bodycon buttoned vests, embellished with intricate belted back details, add a rebellious touch, and the ensemble is completed by asymmetrical pinstriped tube tops paired with matching pleated pinstripe pants, exuding an effortlessly chic allure.

Farah Seif's SS23 collection is not just a fusion of fabrics and forms; it is an ode to self-expression, a celebration of individuality, and an invitation for women to embrace their strength.
