Koish of Zwoell Drops Podcast That Takes Us Back to Disco

In the 70s and 80s, disco was the soundtrack to the hedonistic nightlife of American clubs. A veteran of the Austrian drum & bass scene, German DJ Sebastian Keusch aka Koish exhibits some lesser-known hits of the era with his new podcast on Dutch music platform Zwoell.

Koish started playing parties in Bangkok in 2014, and has now become a fixture at wildly popular clubs like Beam and Glow. Through his work with Bangkok based event brand Kolour, Koish has played a huge role in building the underground scene with his nostalgic 70s nightclub vibes, turning things up for his local audiences and garnering a following worldwide. His latest contribution highlighting the finer side of disco & funk did not go unnoticed.

Opening track Newcleus’s Computer Age (Petko Turner Edit) is sure to excite old school and vintage junkies, leading into Doug Lazy’s Let It Roll - the turn up of the set. He stylishly closes the podcast with Peter Croce’s Revival; a righteous disco spiritual piece brimming with dance floor energy.Check out Koish's Soundcloud and follow Zwoell for more sets here.
