VVS To Host First Hip Hop Party At Cassette New Alamein on August 11

After a whirlwind of hip hop and R&B events across Cairo with under-appreciated rappers and DJs from across the local scene, fashion brand and party series VVS is taking over Cassette New Alamein for a ‘Sahel Shutdown’ on Thursday, August 11th, from 9PM till 5AM.

Rising rapper Gamiano is set to headline this VVS extravaganza along with one half of Egypt’s favorite duo, the Bubblegum Collective. Aguizi will be spinning his known selection of commercial and pop singalong bangers. Then you’ll find rising DJs A1 and Zinkie on warm-up duties, while Ukraine international Lena shifts away from her usual techno sonics to frantic hip hop vibes.

On another note, some rising rappers and artists are set to make a special appearance throughout the day with Fakha, Wezza, Meniawy, Hype, and founder Anas Hefny blessing the stages.
