Egypt's Sound of Noize Hosts 'Dawash' Party on September 10th

The Egypt-based label is about to throw their first independent event on September 10th with some of the most popular talents Cairo has to offer.

Egyptian-based label Sound of Noize (SON) was founded by Eslam Salah, aka Essperx, in early 2019 with one goal in mind: to support music that is abstract, distorted, and downright obstreperous.

Following a stellar SON showcase at Cairo Jazz Club last August, the label is throwing their first independent event, ‘Dawash’, in collaboration with VVS on Saturday, September 10th. Looking to sate the chaotic appetites of their rambunctious fanbase, SON is bringing together an eclectic line-up of local selectors and DJs led by Essperx himself and SON resident Hannah.

They’ll be joined by ex-Fresh Meaters Karim and Gobara, DJ/producer/sound engineer Jana, New York-based queen Yas Meen Selectress, and rising talent Ram, with visuals by Young Nada. The event kicks off at 9PM; be sure to make your reservation on Instagram at Sound of Noize.
