Afroto Tells Rivals to Shut Up in New Video for ‘Askot Khales’

Acclaimed Egyptian rapper Afroto has just released a new video for ‘Askot Khales’ produced by him and Marwan Moussa. The track rounds out his five-track EP ‘Belad’ with a fiery message to his rivals.

Originally titled ‘Gangestat’ before its name was changed at the last minute, Afroto delivers his distinctive punchlines in a playful music video directed by Tably. The feature opens with Afroto seated atop a wooden staircase high above the clouds, as he throws in some catchy and cheeky bars to remind his rivals about his greatest achievements in the regional rap scene, as well as his global breakthrough.

Afroto’s EP ‘Belad’  features multiple collaborators with other Egyptian stars including the likes of Ziad Zaza and Wezza Montaser.
