This Yoga Campaign Is Showing Off The Best of Egypt While Healing Our Souls

Imagine feeling your soul outside of your body, or hearing your thoughts through another perspective. Imagine your brain not physically present where the body is, and all that is felt is the air as it touches your skin, breath as it enters your lungs. Imagine transcending to peacefulness, where the mind and the body connect and an understanding is formed. There is no fear, or anxiety, no worried thoughts or the past or the future; just the present time. Now imagine all that at the foot of the Great Pyramids of Giza.

In the midst of any chaos, there is a calm. There is serenity. Yoga can take you to that place. It is not only a form of meditation, yoga is a practice that transcends you to a peaceful place. And there’s nothing more beautiful than practicing it with a spectacular view at a place as clear and collected as the iconic Mena House.

Founder of LaLa Land and 200-hour certified yoga instructor Aia Faham finally decided to focus her efforts in organising wellness and yoga retreats in Egypt for her epic campaign aptly called Egypt Yoga Tour, a social cause promoting tourism and yoga businesses in Egypt. The event is open to the public and is extremely encouraged to attend, not only to discover Egypt's hidden gems, but ones’ own inner gems as well. There will be free yoga events and retreats, recording short yoga videos and interviews with the most influential yoga instructors and energy healers.

The event takes place at the Mena House Hotel, with an astonishing view of the pyramids, Thursday the 10th of August at 6:00 pm. And it's FREE for everyone. Heal your mind and soul and attend this yogi movement.
