Three new sports fields have been built in North Sinai, at a total cost of EGP 4 million. The fields were set up in the governorate’s main centres and villages, namely Abu Saql Stadium, 6 October Stadium and Balouza Village Stadium.
The project is part of a number of sports services provided by the Egyptian government, the most recent of which was the establishment of an administrative building for Abu Saql Club, Al-Masaeed Stadium and Al-Kawthar Stadium. It also includes the construction of the Youth Center’s walls in the Al-Masaid neighborhood and Abu Saql, the construction of walls at the Karama Youth Center, and an administrative building for the Youth Center and Atef Sadat Club in Al-Arish.
Some of these projects had previously been opened to the public, while the rest opened on April 29th, as part of the 39th anniversary of Sinai Liberation Day.
