A Drive-In for Gaming? That's Now a Thing in Port Said

It's exactly what it looks like. Just park your car in one of these spaces that has a big-screen TV in front of it, and start gaming on a PlayStation. A community in Port Said's Al Garage Street has developed around this drive-in gaming centre, where people of all ages can come together and play from a huge selection of video games in an open and safe environment. You could almost call it a literal Play Station.

The idea was developed by Dr Ahmed Adel, a dentist who wanted to figure out how to set up a PlayStation in a way that would be safe and accessible for the whole family. Taking the concept of a PC Cafe to the next level, the drive-in gaming centre collaborates with many nearby eateries and restaurants along Al Garage Street, so gamers can snack while they play.
