10 Most Expensive Hotel Suites In Egypt

For most of us, a hotel room is just a place to hang our hats after a long day of sightseeing. But for those rolling in the dough, a hotel stay can transform from a necessity into an experience. We've compiled a list of the most expensive hotel suites in Egypt; although the prices will make you cringe, these luxurious suites will make you swoon.

Sofitel Cairo El Gezirah: The Imperial Suite - $1260 per night (price may vary with season)

Looking out over the city from its highest floor, the Imperial Suite is probably one of the highest hotel suites in that city and offers an unbeatable 360-degree view of Cairo's skyline. You can enjoy the #ViewPorn as you snack on room service, soak in the tub, or lounge in the master bedroom.

InterContinental Cairo Citystars: Luxor Suite - Egyptians $3108 per night / Foreigners $6216 per night

For that amount of money per night, you're expected to do more than sleep at the Luxor Suite. Boasting an eight-person dining room, a fully-stocked bar, and a pool table, things are definitely going to get fifty shades of luxurious there. When you're not hosting a soirée, you can soak up the views from one of two balconies. Or, you can snuggle in 300-thread-count sheets after a long soak with soothing spa products. In short, this suite is the most luxurious place to lay your head in that part of town.

InterContinental Semiramis: Pharaonic Suite - $1680++ per night

Featuring refined, Ancient Egyptian-inspired décor—like silk bedding and soothing cream and hieroglyphics —this sprawling suite provides a comforting contrast to the twinkling lights outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. Oh, let's not forget the panoramic view of the Nile!

Mena House: Montgomery Suite - $1505 per night

Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, Roger Moore, Cecil B. DeMille, Charlton Heston, Frank Sinatra and Charlie Chaplin have all stayed here. And we never will. *cries*

Sofitel Legend Old Cataract Aswan – Agatha Christie Suite - $10,000 per night

With three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a formal dining room, a library, this suite is not lacking space. Amenities are in no shortage either, with a plasma-screen TV and luxury bath products to boot. But the true gem here is the massive outdoor patio, which offers spectacular views of the Nile.

Sofitel Luxor Winter Palace:  Imperial Suite - $2,000 per night

If you're looking to experience Luxor like a high-roller, there's no better place to escape than the Winter Palace's Imperial Suite. These monumental rooms are Sin City's ultimate party pads. Wait, not in the mood to party? Hunker down on the master bedroom for a movie night you'll never forget.

JW Marriott: Presidential Suite - $5000++ per night

There are more bathrooms than bedrooms in JW's most bling-tastic offering: The Presidential Suite. We just thought you needed to know that…

Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel: Presidential Suite - $2500++ per night

Sleek and stylish, the Presidential Suite will make you feel like you're not even in New Cairo anymore. The suite featuring amenities like an entertainment room and a walk-in closet. If the one-bedroom and one-and-a-half-bath space isn't enough room for you, then something is wrong with you and you should give us your money.

Cairo Marriott: Royal Suite - $15,000++ per night

The Royal Suite at the Cairo Marriott is aptly named: For $15,000 a night, you can live like a king. Or a Pacha. Or a Khaleesi…

Four Seasons Nile Plaza: The Royal Suite - $15,000++ per night

Cristal, Maybach, diamonds on your timepiece. Jet planes, islands, tigers on a gold leash. Lorde was most probably talking about the things she will do in this beautifully furnished sky-high hideaway when she sang Royals. This 4,000-square-foot, art-deco-style room comes equipped with everything from a cosy television room to a private dining room to a private study. And for extra comfort, the Four Seasons includes luxury features like an oversized soaking tub, separate his and hers walk-in closets, and plush down bedding. The room rate also includes personalised concierge and shopping services.
