Ramé by Ramé is the local Egyptian footwear label blessing the Cairo fashion scene with a fresh take on the classic work shoe.  Designed by 29-year-old Inji El Hawari, a business administration graduate, the label uses genuine leather to handcraft their collection which currently comprises of classic Oxford shoes in a variety of inventive colourways.

You’re probably wondering why just Oxfords? “For our first collection, we thought to we'd start with Oxfords because we believe that the shoes can be both stylish and comfortable," Hawari told us. "You can pair Oxford shoes with work attire or with an outfit for a night out.”

She couldn’t be more right. One of our personal favs is the dusty rose colourway, which is adorned with a rose gold tongue and fringes and ignites all kinds of feminine feels in us that are both ladylike and refined. Short of a red carpet, the shoes are perfect for whatever occasion life may throw your way.
