Streetwear Brand NOTFOUND Flexes New Denim Line

Denim is a staple that the fashion world is never quite able to shake off. Except during that one year-that-shall-not-be-named when everyone was stuck home during a pandemic, and suddenly sweatpants and athleisure were all the rage. But now, denim is back with a vengeance. Riding the wave of dip-dye and marbled prints, local athleisure brand NOTFOUND is setting their sweat sets aside to release their new denim collection.

“We were experimenting and exploring the market during our first year with everyday, minimal designs for sweatpants and hoodies,” co-founder Dina Tarek tells SceneStyled. “Now that we have a name and an audience in the market we want to deliver more out of the box, statement pieces that are unique and still considered streetwear.”

NOTFOUND’s denim pants are a departure from your run-of-the-mill, everyday jean choices. Make no mistake, just like their sweatsuits, their pieces divorce practicality from mundanity. Think the ever-trending cross-over jeans, patchwork, double-waist jeans - you get the picture. Their denim sizes currently start from 32 to 40. However, they’ll be adding a size 42 in their upcoming restocks. All their fabrics and accessories are bought and manufactured in Egypt, working with numerous factories around the country.

Just days after releasing the denim collection, NOTFOUND also released a leather collection of dark neutral sets just in time for colder weather. Next week, they will also launch their ‘Bear With Us’ collection including cool, comfy, cozy products - talk about a triple threat. Later on in the year, we can expect a new NOTFOUND mini store, where shoppers will be able to browse their collections in-person.
