Mai Omar Models a $15 million Hany El Behairy Wedding Dress

Egypt’s very own Hany El Behairy unveiled a jaw-dropping diamond-encrusted wedding gown at his most recent fashion show on December 23rd at a downtown Cairo hotel. The dress was modelled by renowned Egyptian actress Mai Omar, known for her role in the ‘Rayah El Madam’ (2017) series.

The high-low gown, which is shorter at the front and drapes into a trailing train at the back, was accompanied by a matching veil that features intricate star embellishments. The dress itself is heavily embellished and took an entire year to complete, according to El Behairy.

This isn't the first time the designer presented a dress of such grandeur. In 2017, actress Yosra El-Lozy walked the runway of El Behairy’s show adorning a diamond-embellished gown estimated at $4 million.
