Kojak to Donate 100% of Proceeds from Special Sale to Abbasiya Fever Hospital
To help them in the fight against the Coronavirus, Kojak will donate 100% of proceeds from a special sale to help Abbasiya Fever Hospital buy equipment.
When a crisis looms, you can either do nothing or rise to the occasion. Local fashion house Kojak Studio, in collaboration with fashion guru Ines Gohar, has decided to join the fight against the Coronavirus pandemic with a special sale - 100% of the profits made by selling their popular outfits will be donated to the Abbasiya Fever Hospital.
The idea for the sale came from seeing how other artists are helping with the pandemic. “Some American companies are making masks but those aren’t safe, they don’t provide the protection they need,” Gohar told us. “But I saw in France that they were selling artwork at reduced prices and giving the proceeds to hospitals and I thought, we could do that too.”
From there it was just a matter of bringing everything together. Designer Mohanad Kojak spoke with us and said, "Just sitting at home panicking doesn’t achieve anything. I would rather give away the profits and do something beneficial."
If you want to get dressed up and join the cause, you can go to kojakstudio.com to find their sale.
