The Smokery Sets Sail With French Fine Dining Destination 'Capitaine'

The Smokery has one mission on Egypt's North Coast, and that's to bring you all the flavours of the Mediterranean - even if that means going to the other side of the sea to do it.

Their new concept in Marassi Marina, Capitaine, takes the best of French cuisine as prepared by three Michelin star chef Christian Le Squer and presents it all to you in an ultra-fine dining setting designed top-to-bottom by Beit Nadia, from the furniture down to each piece of tableware.

On board the Capitaine, you'll not only be graced with open seating that grants you gorgeous views of the nearby sea, but you'll also be able to witness the magic as the staff prepares your meal from the open kitchen, before it is presented to you upon their golden trolley. Capitaine will be sailing by the Mediterranean until mid-September, but keep your eyes open as it comes en route to Cairo later this winter.
