USAID Provides USD 21 Million in Humanitarian Aid for Palestinians

Against the backdrop of the ongoing genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) will be providing over USD 21 million in humanitarian aid.

The funding will be allocated to provide sanitary supplies, shelter, food, and multi-purpose assistance for more than 120,000 people. Furthermore, a portion of the funding will be directed towards supporting the healthcare system in Gaza, which has been severely impacted as 60% of hospitals have collapsed and are currently non-operational.
