This Brand Turns Doodles into Fashion to Help Kids with Hepatitis

Egypt’s favourite Doodle Factory is known for turning kids’ scribbles into merchandise and cute accessories. Now they're causing waves in the fashion scene with their newest and first line of ‘wearable art’!

The designs that are featured in this collection of oversized shirts, dresses and pants are all recreations of drawings by children with Hepatitis C and are in need of liver transplants. All proceeds from this line go to funding in support of these cases and similar ones, in cooperation with Dr. Yassin Abdel Ghaffar Charity Center For Liver Diseases & Researches, running on donations to treat for free.

The launch of the clothing line was nothing less than colourful; it was set at the holistic Nun Center in Maadi on Saturday, November 2. Famed artists and performers Hisham Kharma and Nesma Mahgoub were also in attendance among a full house of artists and influencers thanks to @Stardust_PR. Mirelle Mokhtar - better known as @AfroMountainGirl on Instagram - took to the stage and blessed the space with her angelic voice.

Doodle Factory, since its founding in 2016, has been bringing children’s drawings to life in stationary accessories, bags, planners and wallets and more.
