One Move Saves Many: Misr Italia Properties Keeps Residents' Spirit Up During Coronavirus Pandemic

So you're home alone, like Macaulay Culkin. But unlike Macaulay, you don't really know how to pass the time when you can't go out and party like you used to - not while the Coronavirus is out there. You don't even get to make elaborate traps for unsuspecting thieves because all the responsible criminals are in lockdown too. But while residents at Misr Italia Properties (MIP) may be sitting around on their own in quarantine, they haven't been abandoned. Not with Misr Italia Properties' on-going campaign 'One Move Saves Many' to keep their locked-down residents fit, aware and thoroughly entertained.

The campaign spreads awareness of staying safe and staying home during the pandemic, which we hope you're familiar with by now. But it doesn't end there - MIP has been making sure residents WANT to #StayhomeStaysafe with live concerts on their social media accounts. Whether it was with the sheer romance of Nelly Cassis or the smooth style of Malak El Husseiny, nothing lifts the spirit more than good music.

And while we personally feel like a party constitutes a full work-out, health experts disagree. Thankfully, MIP has built on their sports platform to keep you exercising without the gym through live online workout sessions led by Karim El Nokaly, Head Coach of TD Athletics. And for those of you who want to get all meditative instead, especially during Ramadan the month of self-reflection, they've been offering special yoga classes by Yoga Instructor Lousiana Faaberg. Either way, it's a good way to #Stayfit.

MIP also took Ramadan to build on their fine dining platform with online #MIPsecretingredient cooking challenges with food bloggers like Omar’s Food, Ramy Soli, Kitchen Keys, Cairo Munch, Cairo Foodie Couple, Sarah Khanna, Scrumptious_GK & Diary of a Fluffy Foodie, each sharing a special recipe. Residents aren't left out of the food fun with gift boxes from Vinny's Pizzeria DIY kits, surprise packs from Nestle Ice Cream, and boxes filled with Eid Cookies and Ramadan nuts.
