Shuaa for Public Services just launched a WhatsApp service to deal with citizens’ concerns and complaints regarding the reading of their electricity meters. The company is responsible for recording the readings of electricity meters nation-wide.
Whether it’s in regards to an issue from reading the meters on their own or a problem with the ‘Smart Meter Reader’ application (available for Android users on Google Play), Egyptian residents now have the option to WhatsApp 01120313831 with their questions and concerns.
According to a statement by Shuaa for Public Services, the Smart Meter Reader app has already been downloaded and signed up for by 28,061 participants. Will you use this new service on Whatsapp to express concerns about your electricity bill? Let us know in the comments below.
