Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Tests Coronavirus Vaccines on Rodents

Egypt’s Ministry of Higher Education recently announced that a plethora of scientific testing is well underway to test vaccines for COVID-19 at their research centres, and that they've begun testing some potential COVID-19 vaccines on rodents - as well as vaccines for other conditions that could help them unlock the mystery of the Coronavirus. Whether that means they're getting close to an effective form of treatment, well, we can't say - we're not scientists.

As part of the ministry’s continuous communication and knowledge exchange with both Egyptian science professors and researchers living overseas, Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar has been receiving numerous proposals in a crucial effort towards ending the pandemic.
