Then you go to the headmaster and at the point you're just expecting them to lead you even further down the rabbit hole. Where do you go from there?

The Ministry of Education has released a new online portal that will allow parents to file their complaints to schools. Sped up by the demands of the pandemic, this portal is part of a larger move among educational institutions towards the digital realm. About time too, frankly.

Currently, schoolchildren are going to schools on alternating weekdays as a part of a mixed programme that alternates between on-ground and online learning. This means that they can minimize their social interaction while still having access to their teachers and facilities, and have essential social interactions and playtime with their peers. While parents may not need playtime quite as badly, they will be saved from making in-person visits to the school through this new online portal.
