Ma3 Ba3d Benekbar: Educational Initiative Invests EGP 25 Million into the New Capital’s First School

As part of its initiative, 'Ma3 Ba3d Benekbar' – or better translating to 'Growing Together' - Misr Italia Properties (MIP) has donated a whopping EGP 25 million to the construction of the first school in the New Administrative Capital, under the name of 'Al Assal Language School'.

The school is said to be completed by next September, taking up 11800 m², with 56 classrooms to hold 1500 students at primary, preparatory and secondary levels.

MIP are fully financing the project taking place on land granted to them by the Armed Forces. The construction of the buildings will be taken care of by the Armed Forces Engineering Authority, as well as the General Authority for Educational Buildings, following standards set by the Ministry of Education.

This will be MIP's third school as part of the 'Ma3 Ba3d Benekbar' developmental initiative, with the other two schools being the Ayman Abdel Hamid Secondary Military School, opened in the South Sinai governorate in 2017, and Tant Gezira Primary School in Al Qaliyubia, opened earlier this year - both established at a combined EGP  9 million in investments.

With MIP's continuous investment in cultural projects and initiatives over the few past years, it doesn’t come as a surprise to find out that the school’s campus will be facilitated with several sports fields, computer labs and a theater. Making space and catering for both school-related and extracurricular cultural activities is one of MIP’s focuses when it comes to investment in development.
