Government Launches Coronavirus Website

The Egyptian government has launched a new educational website on the coronavirus as the epidemic continues to spread worldwide. Launched under the instructions of Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, the site includes general information on the virus including transmission and prevention methods, which candidates are most vulnerable to the disease, and answers to common questions about the virus.

Created by the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC), the new platform also includes a database of numerous publications, reports and educational videos, as well as a live count of infected cases worldwide. 

Leaflets and pamphlets are being given out in all ministries in order to help civil servants avoid contracting the virus. To visit the website, go to www.care.gov.eg
