Egyptians Send Aston Villa Through To Their First EFL Final In 10 Years
Trézéguet inspired a whole crowd to carry him!
On Tuesday night a stunning last gasp goal against high-flying Leicester City in the 93rd minute by Mahmoud ‘Trézéguet’ Hassan, assisted by Ahmed ‘Elmo’ Elmohamady, sent the Nassef ‘Billionaire’ Sawiris-owned club into the final of the EFL Carabao Cup. Fans were stirred into a frenzy with an impromptu pitch invasion where they swarmed the two Egyptian players in celebration. Following the 3-2 semi-final aggregate win, the final will take place at Wembley on March 1st where they will face either Manchester City or Manchester United for a chance to win their first trophy since 1996. Hey Sawiris, there’s still a couple of days left in the transfer window, any chance of signing Mo Salah to help out too?
