Egypt to Build the Longest Road in Africa
The road will link together nine countries, including Libya, Chad and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Egypt is planning on linking nine countries together with the construction of the longest land road in Africa. The Ministry of Transportation confirmed Egypt's adoption of an infrastructure plan which includes even larger ambitions to construct new railways and ports.
The road is planned to start in Libya and run through Chad and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
