Chiringuito Brings Peruvian Cuisine to Sahel's Shores

Chiringuito by Sanctum brings upscale dining experiences and Peruvian flavours to the North Coast, with decadent eats and delish mixology on the menu.

A  chiringuito - which translates to ‘drink stand’ in Spanish - is more or less the Latin equivalent of the Egyptian phenomenon of sipping drinks by the koshk. This new eatery isolates that Latin flair, and elevates it to new, gastronomic heights.

The menu is an upscaled reimagination of classic Peruvian drinks and tapas bars, integrating cultivated touches into their dishes that transform it from an everyday dish to an exceptional one. Take the Spanish cult classic patatas bravas for example, which is reformed into a gourmet delicacy.
