Cairo Metro Company Provides Online Services Through Newly-launched Website and App

The Cairo Metro company has activated a website and an app to offer various services and general information for passengers. The company announced that the app (Cairo Metro ECM) is now available on Google Play, but the App Store version will be launched along with Apple’s iOS 15 software update.

Some of the digital services that users can expect include, but are not limited to, general information about ticket prices and metro card options. The online services also provide information for people with disabilities, such as which stations facilitate wheelchair access and have special signals to guide them, as well as where they can find designated ticket windows for people with disabilities.

Users will be able to issue complaints electronically, find information on upcoming metro stations and plan out their metro routes.
