Award-Winning Mezzosoprano Farrah El Dibany Goes Live this Tuesday
The opera singer is the first Egyptian Arab to be awarded the prestigious Prix Lyrique de l’AROP.
Egyptian Mezzo-Soprano, Farrah El-Dibany, is going live this Tuesday April 21st at 8 pm with Global Hope Festival. El Dibany will be taking to her Instagram and Facebook pages to perform from the famous opera Arias, as well as classics from Dalida, the singer behind Helwa Ya Baladi and Salma Ya Salama.
Global Hope Festival is a response fund and international classical musical festival from the United Nations Foundation, putting forward all donations towards COVID-19 solidarity initiatives.
El Dibany had joined the Opéra National de Paris in 2016, becoming its first Egyptian resident. Shortly after she was awarded the prestigious Prix Lyrique de l’AROP.
