‘Arabeyet El Kheir’ is the Initiative Aiming to Feed 100K Egyptians this Ramadan

Venture Lifestyle are on a mission, which is why they have teamed up with Ahmed Hatem, Cynthia Khalifa, Mina Tadros and Rabih Mokbel to start the ‘Arabeyet El Kheir’ initiative to feed 100,000 Egyptian this Ramadan. The events company behind last summer’s J Lo Sahel gig, Code Restaurant & Bar, Noi El Gouna, and a handful of other upscale nightlife venues is targeting those who have been affected directly by the COVID-19 virus or have had their wages suffer as a result of it.

“We’re supporting families who have been affected by the virus and whose incomes depend on their working hours,” said Miriam Hegazi, the events and artists logistics manager at Venture Lifestyle. “We have to unite together to realize our moral responsibility towards one another at this time.” Armed with Uber Buses, they will be taking to Cairo’s streets every single day to feed 3,000 people until the end of the holy month.

In an effort to reach as many people in need as possible, they’re receiving donations in any form. Operating from 9 AM to 3 PM at Dusit Thani LakeView Cairo, you can drop off any food, beverage, canned item, clothing — really anything that you can afford to give, they'll take. And for those of you who don’t feel comfortable making the venture outside of your home in these circumstances, they ask that you make a supermarket delivery order and send it to their location.
