All of Dar El Shorouk’s Books Are Now on Amazon Kindle

Some of us have never had the opportunity to sit down and familiarize ourselves with the classical works of Egyptian literature. But now all those Egyptian authors you always meant to read, all those household names whose works have been adapted to the screen and are part of our cultural fabric are quite literally at your fingertips.

Early this morning, March 31st, Dar El Shorouk announced that their books are now available on Kindle. We don’t know about you, but we’ve always meant to catch up on our Naguib Mahfouz. Nobel-winning authors aren't too common, and although our poor fos7a skills don’t help, there’s never been more time to go for it than right now. Dar El Shorouk, Egypt’s most quintessential publishing house, has iconic names under its belt with the likes of Ahmed Khaled Tawfiq, Ahmed Mourad, Bahaa Taher, Ahmed Bahgat, and of course Tawfiq El Hakim. Just download the Kindle app on your phone or laptop and you'll be able to swipe through the classics in no time.
