The funds raised will be used to offer Dental Ultra Platform Services free of charge to over 50,000 dentists across the MENA region.
UDENZ, a digital dental healthcare platform based in Dubai, has raised $5 million in its Series A funding round. The round was backed by Hakim Capital Holding, Techcelerate Investments LLC, Inspira Management, and Dubai Business Corporation.

The Dental Ultra Platform Services, which will be offered to dentists free of charge, marks a new era in dental clinic management and patient data applications. The service is supported by a freemium business model, making it more accessible and effective for both practitioners and patients. With the global dental market projected to reach $610 billion in 2023, according to Grand View Research, the funding round presents a significant opportunity for UDENZ to streamline both practitioner operations and patient experiences while also enhancing dental management and cash flow positivity.
"We're excited to pioneer the first ultra dental platform in the MENA region,” Dr Hisham Safadi, Founder of UDENZ, tells StartupScene. “This significant investment will empower us to build on our vision to revolutionise dental services, making them more accessible and effective for both practitioners and patients. It's a validation of our efforts and a catalyst for our future growth."
UDENZ's successful fundraising efforts, including $450,000 raised through crowdfunding and additional rounds, have set a pre-money valuation at $2 million. The Series A funding round marks a new height in UDENZ's growth trajectory, as the company continues to change the dental healthcare landscape in the MENA region.
