The Mentorship Forum Middle East To Take Place This November

The entrepreneurial event ‘Mentorship Forum Middle East’ has announced a new partner, the Bahraini government’s sovereign wealth fund, Mumtalakat, for the forum’s second edition taking place in Bahrain in November 2021. It joins Lead Partner the National Bank of Bahrain and Netiks as official forum partners.

The first-of-its-kind GCC event focuses on the central role of mentorship in advancing the development of human capital across the region. The forum has been designed to assist participants in better understanding the benefits that mentorship can provide for all stakeholders, and the role it can play in helping organisations attract, develop, and retain the best and brightest as they look to innovate, grow, and create value.

A timely theme, the forum’s central topic for its second edition will be exploring the workplace changes and challenges caused by COVID-19, as well as the role for mentorship in ensuring that development goals are being achieved in the new working world.

The Mentorship Forum Middle East’s first event in 2019 saw the participation of over 250 senior HR and mentorship practitioners. Similarly, this year’s edition of the forum features a strong lineup of international as well as regional senior executives and HR experts who will deliver keynote addresses, lead practical workshops, and participate in panel discussions.

Further details and information on a series of virtual roundtables leading up to the main event in November are yet to be announced.
