After receiving a financial reward for informing the police on explosives he had stumbled upon, an Egyptian man built another bomb and planted it in an eastern Cairo Insurance and Pensions governmental bureau, to get another financial reward. However, the bomb detonated, prompting an investigation that led to his arrest, Shorouk News reports.
The accused was referred to the general prosecution after primitive explosive-making tools were found in his place during the police investigation following the detonation of the bomb last Thursday. The general prosecution ordered his detention for 15 days pending further investigation.
