Egyptian AI-Powered Proptech RentUp Raises Six-Figure Investment

Joining the ranks of Egypt's proptech startups, RentUp has announced its intention to launch its AI-powered platfrom as soon as this April, after raising a six-figure seed investment from Luqman Weise Capital, a Japanese private equity firm that focuses on developing innovative technologies and fintech in particular.

RentUp uses AI to help homeowners conveniently manage their properties and tenants on one platform, with the startup aiming to revolutionise traditional models long-term and short-term buying and renting in Egypt. Founded by Yahya Negm, the platform uses AI to power its soultion-driven experience.

Proptech is proving to be fruitful sector in Egypt, with the likes of Sakneen and Isqan leading the line for a field that has experience little advancement in decades.
