Panorama of the European Film, a ten-day showcase by Zawya Cinema and Zamalek Cinemas, will return for its 14th edition from November 17th to November 26th. The festival will screen a number of award-winning feature and documentary films, alongside cinematic landmarks and classics from across Europe. While most of these screenings will take place in Zamalek and Downtown Cairo, a select few will also be held at Alexandria’s French Institute.

The screenings will include films like ‘Another World’, ‘Atlantide’, ‘Californie’, ‘Compartment Number 6’, ‘Copilot’, ‘I Don’t Wanna Dance’, ‘I’m Your Man’, ‘Only Human’, ‘Onoda’, ‘Paris 13th District’, ‘The Duke’, ‘The Worst Person In The World’ and ‘Tove’.

Since its launch in 2004, the event has been funded by the European Union in collaboration with EUNIC to promote European art, and offers a programme of workshops and masterclasses with international film industry professionals.
