Egyptian Film ‘Shamarikh’ Will Be Screened at Red Sea Film Festival

Egyptian film ‘Shamarikh’, directed by Amr Salama, will be screened at Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea International Film Festival on December 1st.

Featuring a star-studded cast of Egyptian actors - including Asser Yassin, Amina Khalil, Khaled El Sawy and Adam Sharkawy - ‘Shamarikh’ is a thriller about an assassin who falls in love with his target, and the tumultuous consequences of his wavering emotions. The film will be screened under the Red Sea International Film Festival’s ‘Arab Spectacular’ programme amongst 11 other Arab films, including Saudi film ‘Naga’, Egyptian film ‘Anf W Thalath Oyoun’ and Saudi film ‘Ana Al Ittihad’.

The Red Sea International Film Festival will run from November 30th to December 9th at Jeddah, while ‘Shamarikh’ is scheduled to hit Egyptian cinemas on December 14th.
