7 Breathtaking Photos Ahead of 'Osiris, Egypt’s Sunken Mysteries' Exhibition at The British Museum

The world waits in anticipation to get their first glimpse of a treasure trove of ancient Egyptian artefacts that were discovered by Franck Goddio while excavating an underwater area by the Nile Delta. After years of preparation, the sunken treasures will appear on display at the British Museum on Thursday.

Osiris, Egypt’s Sunken Mysteries exhibit is set to launch on Thursday and will be on display for a six-month run. Planning to attend the inauguration, Antiquities Minister Khaled Al Anany arrived in London on Tuesday. This marks the first time the artefacts will be seen by the public since the ancient days.
