10 International Scholarships For Egyptian Students Looking To Study Abroad

Despite the private and international universities popping up all over Egypt, some students prefer using this opportunity to get out of the country and do something a little different – travelling; experiencing another culture; learning another language; all that jazz. If you're going to go spend anywhere between four to 10 years – yes, seriously – in post-secondary education abroad, you've got to do it right. We're talking picking the right programmes, finding the right schools, picking the perfect housing situation, and – quite possibly the most important part – figuring out how you're going to afford all of it. Living abroad is pricey, especially depending on how you like to have your fun, but the academic portion also makes a huge dent in your (or your parents') wallet. What a lot of people don't know, though, is that there are a lot of scholarships for Egyptians looking to study abroad. You can easily make use of your academic skills, your athletic skills, or your leadership skills to get some of your education funded. Scholarships are tricky, though, so we've rounded up some of the best ones you could qualify for as an Egyptian student, as well as what they require and when the deadline is. Good luck, kiddos!
